Gps Location
Does anyone have a Cadillac and know how to program the GPS location?
My friends CTS-V Navigation is stuck in California and we live in New Jersey! Before considering back to the dealer, does anyone know how to reset the location? Try driving in circles for what may would have to pick up a satellite of this, but no luck. Its great we are driving down the road and say we're in the middle of a lake. lol
I own CAD Escalade July 1 and the GPS system must follow you wherever you go. Do you have OnStar? If you do, call and ask how to change region. I would say look the menu to see if a regional selection, some navigation systems require the user to change the region before it can route. If you have one more unit old is also possible that there are different regional maps for your CD drive and requires that you have the appropriate region before they can offer you turn by address of rotation. If that is the case, the map will probably cost more than a brand new portable GPS. What year CTS-V you own and have to navigate the menu GPS to see if there is a stage for the Regions?
